Shipping Policy

At Tricia Tilde, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our standard shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of the purchase. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy.

  • Processing Time: Our items are made POD (Print on Demand). That means that each item you order isn't created until you order it. Due to this please allow up to one week for order processing and verification. 
  • Shipping Timeframe: Our standard Shipping Option delivers your items within 1-2 weeks after processing time. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and other factors. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and the destination of your order. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process for your convenience. 
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. 

 

Cancellation Policy

At Tricia Tilde, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. To provide the best service to our valued customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. During this 24 hour window, simply contact us via our email, with your order details, and we will process your cancellation request promptly. 
  • Order Cancellation After 24 Hours: After the initial 24-hour period has passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept order cancellations. This policy is due to our use of Print on Demand (POD) technology, which means that products are created specifically for your order once it is placed. As a result, we are unable to halt production or cancel orders after this time frame. 

 

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best products and services. To maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have implemented a strict no-return policy. Please take note of the following terms. 

  1. All Sales Are Final: Due to our use of POD (Print on Demand), once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. The item you purchased is only created once you have paid for your item. There is no back-stock so the item is created 100% just for you.
  2. Quality Assurance: As each item is made only when you have purchased your item, we thoroughly inspect and ensure the quality of our products before they are shipped to you. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact our email within 7 days of arrival. 
  3. Damaged in Transit: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please email us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the matter. 
  4. Exceptions: Certain legal requirements may override our no-return policy in specific jurisdictions. If you believe your situation falls under such an exception, please contact our email for further guidance.
